Presenters Console: Web Access
Click on the Web
access button.
Displaying Web Pages
• A pop up box will appear.
•
Type in the URL
• Select your display option.
New Window: allows you to view the entire
page
Content Frame: set within the content
frame, it will allow you to see the presenters
console and chat features.
Content Frame (just for yourself): allows
you a preview.
TIP: Check URL address prior to
presentation to ensure it is correct as it
may present problems if entered
incorrectly.
Note: The participants will see the web site, however; they will NOT see the navigation
movements made by the presenter. You will need to verbally clue participants on where to
navigate on the web site.
Another option is to use the Application Share feature – participants then will view your
navigation and be able to follow as you maneuver through the website.
Ending Web Page View
For Content Frame view – click on the eBoard to help bring you back to a normal
setting.
 For New Window view – close the
website and you should return to your
normal view.

