request an account from the main screen:
• your name, title, organization, email, phone
– (subject to change)
submit acceptance of knowledgebase
archive guidelines (organizational
approval necessary)
receive userid & password
What are the technical requirements for
knowledge archive as piloted?
The only requirement to access the HEI
knowledgebase is to have a current web
browser with an active Internet connection
This has been tested on both Windows and Mac
OS platforms and Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape
Navigator 4.x or newer
No plug-ins are required to access
