Network Misconceptions
 When Logging in you only need to put
firstname.lastname
 You do not need to put Portage.k12.in.us
 Outlook is now keyed to Lastname for
searches.

Saving My Files
 H Drive is where your old stuff should be
 My Documents is your centrally repository
going forward
• Wherever you login, your my documents will follow
you.
 Space issues
• Not for Videos and films from personal events.
• Pictures and videos should be archived out to
external media after 3 years.

Active Sync on IPAD or IPHONE
 Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add
Account > Microsoft Exchange.
 Enter the information in the fields below, then hit
