Voucher Approval (Improved Worklist)
Improved Worklists
•
Identifies who (John Smith) routed the document for approval, the date
(8/24/2004) and type of approval needed (Voucher Approval)
•
Provides a link that will take the approver directly to the document and Approval
Page
•
Will not be removed from the worklist until approved or recycled (not simply
selected)
•
Will be removed from the worklist automatically if approved or recycled outside
of the worklist
•
You can filter on your Work List (Vouchers, Requisitions or Journals)

their payment status
•Note the ability to search by Vendor, by Date and/or
User ID (as well as MANY other fields!)

Note, since payments can include multiple vouchers, the
payment amount is often different than the Voucher
Paid Amount. In this case a Credit Memo was involved.
