Statuses:
•0-filed – each candidate initially receives this
disposition upon being electronically tracked to the
requisition.
•Recruiter Review – optional disposition – can use this as
your tool to differentiate candidates that you have looked
at yet not ready to move to Manager Review.
•Manager Review – indicating that a hiring manager has been
eLinked the resume, or has reviewed the resume.
•Interview I – indicating that a verbal or face-to-face
interview has occurred.
•Interview II – If applicable.
•Reference Check – indicating that an interview's) have
been conducted, and the candidate has moved to the
reference check phase
•Offer – a verbal offer.
•Not Interested – Candidate is being disqualified (can be
done at any point in the process)
