 Limited resources and broad expertise among
teachers and administrators to build the curriculum
all on their own

 2001-02: Macromedia and WA teachers
collaborated to developed and test the curriculum in
over 35 high schools across the state

elective in urban, suburban, and rural high schools
throughout country
