ALL- STAR
SCHOLARLY
SURVIVAL
GUIDE*
First, you must be thirsty, get your
straw and drink up knowledge
unquenchably because the more you
drink, the thirstier you become.
Whatever you encounter, you have to
be prepared. This emery board will
help you remember to be equipped or
else there will be lots of snags and
hangnails along the way.
This calls for a notecard. Information
can be stored many ways, so let this
notecard remind you of the need to
store your work in a method that is most
effective to the task at hand.
Chex Mix is to remind you that
when multiple things are used, the
product is much better than just
one dry cereal.
Sets Goals
goals
It’s time to grab your football
because, you have to set your
goals high and make the long pass
and connect to be able to score a
touchdown.
Asks Good Questions
This situation calls for a Now & Later.
Sometimes good questions arise immediately,
and sometimes it takes some time to come up
with good questions. So whether it’s NOW or
LATER, good questions are critical for your
growth as a scholar.
Exercise the Intellect***
It’s important to keep your batteries charged,
to keep your brain going and going and going.
***Batteries not included, runs best on D(depth) & C(complexity)
batteries
