Anthropology Scholarship


$5000 Grant to a two-year graduating student at
Normandale to support completion of a four-year
degree in a field related to anthropology at an
accredited U.S. college or university.
The scholarship is payable in two annual payments of
$2500, the second payment of which requires
demonstration of full-time status, continuation of an
anthropological major, and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
What are Eligible majors?





Anthropology, all disciplines
Archaeology
Linguistics
Forensic Science
Others if judged acceptable by a Normandale
faculty committee.
Scholarship Eligibility



Applicants must be on a trajectory to graduate
in the current academic year with an emphasis
in Anthropology and with a cumulative GPA of
3.0 or higher.
An “emphasis” is four courses from the
Anthropology Department, including those
currently being taken.
Applications must be received by April 15
