REVERENCE
CAUSES OF POOR SKIN, HAIR & NAILS:
1.
2.
3.

6.
7.
8.
poor nutrition
internal toxicity
dehydration
over exposure to sunshine
using commercial soaps & cosmetics
smoking
exposure to extremely dry & cold weather
fungal invasion
If body is toxic, the liver, the
blood’s filtering system will be
toxic. Toxins remain, get
circulated throughout the body
and are deposited mainly in fatty
tissue. The toxic load eventually
causes the cells to degenerate
and die due to a lack of oxygen,
water and nutrients.
The Aging Process is thus ACCELERATED
The result can be long-term effects of
wrinkles, dull hair, weak nails, thinning
hair, and inflammation.
Take a moment now to imagine the idealized
image of yourself. Get a clear picture of the
outstanding potential in you. Could such a
goddess-like ideal be reached by eating
junk food?
“IF YOU DESIRE VIBRANT BEAUTY, YOU
MUST EARN IT, STEP BY STEP”
Creating an attractive state of physiology, mental
and emotional poise, and spiritual presence results
from consistent actions.
The most reliable and consistent
action we can apply to achieve
beauty is to eat for beauty.
Inner Beauty:

“Live Foods” with Enzymes
Proper Acid/Alkaline pH Balance
Mineralization
Anti Parasite / Anti Inflamatory (Detox)
High Levels of Antioxidants
It is nutrient-rich raw food that places
a sparkle in the eye, luster in the hair,
freshness in the skin, and herbal
fragrance in the body.
Raw foods contain enzymes, which are small proteins that transform bodily
functions. Without proper enzymes to break down our foods, we begin to
accumulate undigested materials in our system. This leads to weight gain,
inflammation, stagnation, digestive stress, and fatigue.
Enzyme reserves correlate to our VITALITY
Enzymes found in raw foods are codes. They tell the food where to go in
our body and what function to do. For example, the enzyme erepsin in
cucumbers is targeted toward breaking down excessive protein in
kidneys. Therefore, we find that cucumbers are attracted to kidneys and
good for kidney health.
If cooked food is eaten, the body has to reidentify the food, recode in
with enzymes, and attempt to deliver it to the proper tissues and
organs.
This process takes ENERGY and robs VITALITY
Minerals, when combined through their whole raw-food complexes,
activate our cellular, metabolic enzyme system. Minerals are essential to
the proper functioning of enzymes and give longevity to enzymes.
The goal is to increase the minerals and nutrition within each cell so as
to activate every enzyme, thus increasing the electromagnetic charge in
each cell, causing every cell to resonate in harmony.
95% of the body’s activities are run by minerals. Every enzyme is fully
activated only when there are significant quantities of minerals present from
eating the right diet.
The beauty of our hair, skin, and nails depends on how mineralized we
are. As you eat heavily mineralized raw plant-food in the right balance,
you will become like a beautiful fruit tree firmly rooted in the earth with
a deep and solid foundation.
Nutrition balance depends on predominantly on understanding and
applying the acid/alkaline balance in your diet. Our ideal blood pH range
is from 7.35 to 7.40.
Acidity is the underlying cause of all the ailments that deter beauty.
Acidity creates:
1. Inflammation
2. Puffiness
3. Asymmetry and contraction of the tissues
The best way to correct this imbalance is to eat a
ratio of foods that are more alkaline than acidic,
and to get in the habit of drinking plenty of highquality spring water.
The primary determinant of what foods are alkaline and what foods are
acidic is the mineral content of the food. Foods rich is alkaline minerals
(calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, sodium, and manganese) create
alkalinity in the body. Foods rich in acidic minerals (phosphorus, chlorine,
iodine, nitrogen, and to some degree sulfur) create acidity in the body.

Proper Hydration
1. Mineral water
2. Won’t need to flood your body if you
consume sufficient raw vegetables/fruits.
3. Color of urine to determine right amount
Hydrochloric Acid
1. If you consume more vegetables in your daily diet, you
will need more Hydrochloric Acid (HCI).
2. HCI is used by the stomach to break down fiber.
3. Over time if a person consumes too much animal foods,
demineralized foods and has a lot of emotional stress,
the body loses its ability to produce HCI.
Symptoms of Low HCI:
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
Allergies
Adrenal exhaustion
Anemia
Bloating
Brittle nails
Candida
Chronic fatigue syndome

•
gall stones
GI infections
Mineral deficiencies
Osteoperosis
Parasites
Protruding belly
Arthritis
Voracious appetite
How To Build HCI:
•
•
The body builds HCI out of natural salts (salty vegetables).
Acidic foods also help stimulate HCI, such as a shot of lemon juice
with apple cider vinegar drink before eating a salad.
Other foods include celery juice, spinach juice, chard juice, kale juice, lemon
juice, raw apple cider vinegar, ginger juice, orange juice, olives, Himalayan
Pink Salt, green food powders.
Herbs: gentian, wormwood, pepper, cayenne; Supplement: Betaine Hydrochloride
Mineralization
• Beauty depends on mineralization.
• It involves moving to organic foods,
superfoods, and superherbs.
• It involves saturating one’s tissues with the
beauty minerals of silicon, sulfur, zinc, iron, and
manganese.
Silicon
• present in blood vessels, bones, cartilage, connective tissue, hair, ligaments,
lungs, lymph nodes, muscles, nails, skin, teeth, tendons, and trachea.
• In bones, silicon is found in areas of active growth.
• Helps prevent cavities and to have beautiful teeth and jaw formation.
• Allows for flexibility and elasticity of muscle.
• Present in large quantities in collagen, which is important for quality of skin,
tendons, and eyes.
• Highest concentration is found in the hair and nails.
• Silicon increases thickness and strength of skin, improves wrinkles, and
gives hair healthier appearance.
Signs of Silicon Deficiency
•
•
•
•
•
•
Poor skin quality
Brittle nails and hair
Dental cavities
Weak bones
Weak tendons and ligaments
Lung disorders

Sulfur
•
•
•
•
•
Foundational mineral of all beauty
Produces a flame-like tint in the skin “glow”
Found in MSM
Found in amino acids (methionine, taurine, cysteine)
Critical for functioning of brain, bile fluid, connective
tissue (collagen), hair, liver, nails, and skin
• Gives cartilage its strength, structure, and
resilience (glucosamine)
• Builds bone, ligaments, tendons, skin, eyes,
nails, and joint fluid.
• Sulfur is found in Keratin, a protein that makes
up 98% of the nails and gives greater strength,
shape, elasticity, and flexibility.
• The curliness of one’s hair depends on
increasing sulfur and the amino acid, cystine.
• Bathing in hot springs water containing sulfur
greatly enhances skin beauty

growth, sexual development, fertility, night vision, taste & smell.
Promotes cell division, cell repair, cell growth, & white blood cells.
Helps balance blood sugar
Liver functioning; reduces bad estrogens
Zinc in combination with Vitamin A and Sulfur, builds strong hair.
Increases male potency and sex drive; promotes prostate health
Enhances skin complexion because it helps to maintain collagen supply
