Confidential employer-based service designed to
assist civilian employees with personal, family and
job-related problems as a means of protecting and
improving their job productivity.

Managed total civilian workforce service that
provides confidential referrals (following a
telephonic assessment) to medical, alcohol/drug,
psychiatric, financial, legal, or other professional
resources, when appropriate.

How to Access the Program
Call 1-800-950-3434 and identify yourself
as a part of the“NAVSUP “ Fleet Logistics
Center Norfolk contract.
 Counselors are available for crisis
counseling and management
consultation.
 Access CEAP 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.

When to Access the Program
Assistance with difficult work, family, or
life situation.
Require services from a Certified
Employee Assistance Professional
Family member is experiencing
difficulties.
