Each applicant must admit to a drug or alcohol
problem & want help.

Acceptable diagnoses include Major Depression,
Schizophrenia, or Bi-Polar Disorder.

Did You Know…
 Hardcore Drunk Drivers (HCDD)
make up 34% of all DUI arrests
 Defined as:
 BAC above .15%
 3 or more DUIs
 Resistant to Change
 75% are alcohol dependent
 60% are drug dependent
In 2013, there were 1208 DUI-related fatalities in
PA. 60% were caused by HCDD.
