Synergy
•Synergy:
•Interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater
than the sum of their individual effects
•3 Conditions of Synergy:
1.Sharing:
•All elements should contribute to a particular task
2.Flexibility/Stability:
•Task is performed properly or at least better, compared to what could be
expected if elements acted independently
3.Task-Dependence:
•Form a different synergy for a different purpose based on the same set of
elements
