Stress
What Is Stress?
Stress is a normal reaction to certain situations or events in your life.
A stressor ranges from everyday annoyances to serious personal
problems.

habits and problems sleeping or eating.
• Excessive stress can affect all sides of your health

The Body’s Response to Stress
Part of the fight-or-flight response is the body’s
production of adrenaline.

perspective.
