The American Prohibition in the 1920’s.



Prohibition was a period of nearly 14 years in which
the manufacture, sale and transportation of all
sorts of alcohol was made illegal.
This resulted in a huge crime wave and the plan
was eventually abandoned as a failure in the
1930’s.
What kinds of crimes do you think
this could’ve caused?

You are the Prime Minister and you have been
asked by a lobby group to make Cannabis legal and
to ban tobacco.
