• All activities are done not „for Roma people“
but „with Roma people“
• All activities have tangible outcomes for Roma
as well as non Roma community
• Learning between Roma and non Roma
colleagues is only possible via honest, open
communication, appreciation of diversity and
genuine interest in mutual as well as different
perceiveness of issues

enhancing drug awareness in Romany
community as well as via helping drug
treatment services become more Roma
friendly

• 1. Three phase training (Roma Outreach)
for mixed group of outreach workers
• 2. Creation of preventional culturally
friendly material

• 3. Dissemination of the comic as a drug
awareness tool in Roma communities in the
CR by Roma colleagues who created it
• 4. Preparation of special research module
with Roma colleagues

• 5. Training for Roma colleagues from the
group in order to prepare them for doing a
“peer research” in Roma community
• 6. Report for the Government including
suggestiones for the services provision
improvement
