MP 2: DRIVING PRIVILEGES
• Conditional Privilege – Requirements
• Implied Consent to Blood, Breath, Urine
• Suspension – Temporary
– For serious violation or when lesser measures fail
to improve a driver’s performance
– Up to 6 months
• Revocation – Termination of privilege
– Not less than 6 month

• Defense Biometrics Identification System
• Purpose: helps in decision making in order to keep
members safe from unauthorized personnel and
control access to mission critical assets.
