1 .Lifestyle is the most important factor
affecting your clients personal well-being.
2. Most of your clients will die of
cardiovascular diseases (figure 1.1 pg 4)
which is classified as a hypokinetic
disease- “a disease related to lack of
physical activity”.

Exercise/physical fitness affects the quality of your
client’s life in all aspects!
Trainers need a foundation in all wellness
dimensions to fully understand the impact of
lifestyle habits and fitness in your client’s life.
Good News…

In one study of 115 personal
trainers with a B.S. and certification
by either ACSM, NSCA or ACE were
more knowledgeable than
experienced trainers with no formal
education in fitness!!

