1、A long history , palace secret recipe
Early in Chinese medical treasure there was a good reputation
for "Tong Ren Tang in the north" and "PIEN TZE HUANG is the
south". There was a longer history of PIEN TZE HUANG with the

huang with him and escaped from the capital because of his being

2、Legendary story
（1）Acute hepatitis A in Shanghai：
In 1988, acute hepatitis A in shanghai and neighboring provinces broke out. Owing to
its quick curative effect and high cure rate, Pien Tze Huang drugs were all sold out in a
short time and so Pien Tze Huang, the wonder, rose to fame at that time!
（2）State gift：
In 1972, when China established diplomatic relations with Japan, Pien Tze Huang

In the areas of Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast
Asia, Japan, and South Korea, Pien Tze Huang has
enjoyed high notability and a good reputation through

Chinese regard Pien Tze Huang as a "miraculous

3、Protection with top secret
The recipe and technology of Pien Tze Huang are under national top secret. In 1965, it was classified as a key
protected Chinese medicinal preparation with national top secret by the State Traditional Chinese Medicinal
Administration and the State Secret Bureau.In 2002 series of Pien Tze Huang drugs were set as a product of national
origin mark by the State General Administration Quality Monitoring and Inspection and Quarantine of Commodities. If
the protection system of traditional Chinese medicine is abolished, Pien Tze Huang will become rarer because of its

In June,2005 Ministry of Public Health, State Pharmaceutical Administration, Ministry of Forestry, State Administration
for Industry and Commerce, formed an expert group to select repeatedly from more than 280 kinds of Chinese patent
drugs containing musk in the country, finally only Pien Tze Huang and three other drugs were permitted to use natural
musk. No other Chinese patent drugs were permitted to use natural musk. And thus Pien Tze Huang has become the
special kind of drug which obtains state administrative protection.

3、The greatest popularity and best reputation outside the boundary of the country
（1）Chinese community：
A、Once a Chinese reporter working in Brazil had sudden attack of hepatic disease with
transaminase 1600U, high fever, ascites, hemetochezia and difficult intake. After the consultation of
famous experts in hepatopathy, the condition remained unchanged. The reporter's life was in danger.
Just when people extremely worried about that, an old overseas Chinese Zhou Yunjian, honorary
chairman of the Hakkas' Chongzheng Society, came to offer a box of "Pien Tze Huang". After getting
the agreement of the hospital and having taken the drug for 13 days, all the indexes of blood tests

B、Early in the 1950's, the famous old practitioner of Chinese medicine, Sheng Guorong reported for
the first time in "Journal of Chinese Medicine" on the clinical curative effect with Pien Tze Huang in
