How to get started…
• Register as a member on the Blue Cross of Idaho
Web site at bcidaho.com to have access to
WellConnected
• The registration process is quick and easy
• You will need your Blue Cross of Idaho identification
card to register!
Follow these steps to register:
Step 1: Be sure you have your Blue Cross of Idaho
member card before beginning! Go to www.bcidaho.com
and click on Members in the “Select a Secure Log-in” box
Step 2: Click “Register Now”
Step 3: Enter your name, date of birth, Enrollee ID
Number and Program or Group Number from your ID card
Then choose a username, provide your email address
and click the “Submit” button
Next steps
Blue Cross of Idaho will send you a secure email with:
• The username you provided us in the registration process
• A randomly generated password
When you receive the email, return to bcidaho.com and:
• Enter your username
• Enter the password you received in our email to you
You will then be asked to reset your password
• Choose a password that will be easy for you to remember
but difficult for other people to guess
Access WellConnected
Step 1: Go to www.bcidaho.com and click on Members
in the “Select a Secure Log-in” box
Step 2: Enter your username and password in the
“Members Login” box and click “Go” or just hit “enter”
Step 3: Select “Click here to access a personal health
assessment tool to check up on your current health and
help you design a plan to start getting healthier today!”

The first time you access the WellConnected health
& well-being tool, you will need to complete a brief
registration process where you will:

Establish your profile
Confirm information and register
Once you are registered, you will be able to take the Health &
Well-being assessment, one of the more in-depth Sleep,
Stress, Nutrition, Fitness or Back & Joint assessments or
enroll in a Lifestyle Management Program.

Take advantage of other cool tools
• By registering for the Member section of the site, you
gain 24-hour access to your health insurance
information including:
• Claims history, where you can print out copies
of Explanation of Benefits forms you received in
the mail
• Benefits and eligibility
• Deductible status
• Information is strictly protected to ensure it is kept
private and confidential

• Comparison tools allow you to compare
