 Our case management model incorporates the
following elements:
 Appropriate intake assessment,
 Shelter/housing and basic needs,
 Medical, dental,
 Mental health,
 Interpreter/translator services,
 Immigration and civil legal services,
 Assistance in receiving “certification”,
 Victim advocacy,
 Literacy, education, job training, life skills training,
 24-hour evening an weekend response
Services to Victims
 To ensure comprehensive case management and
services are available to all victims of trafficking;
 To create coordinated services tailored to the
characteristics and circumstances of these victims;
 To develop partnerships amongst agencies to
prevent a victim getting lost in the system;
 To train in identification and quality care;
 To raise public awareness;
