Our case management model incorporates the
following elements:
Appropriate intake assessment,
Shelter/housing and basic needs,
Medical, dental,
Mental health,
Interpreter/translator services,
Immigration and civil legal services,
Assistance in receiving “certification”,
Victim advocacy,
Literacy, education, job training, life skills training,
24-hour evening an weekend response
Services to Victims
To ensure comprehensive case management and
services are available to all victims of trafficking;
To create coordinated services tailored to the
characteristics and circumstances of these victims;
To develop partnerships amongst agencies to
prevent a victim getting lost in the system;
To train in identification and quality care;
To raise public awareness;
