Incarceration
By itself, does little to break the cycle of
illegal drug use, abuse and crime;
Offenders sentenced to incarceration for
substance-related offences exhibit high
rates of Recidivism once they are
released;
Drug Addicts commit more crime when
they are addicted.

What to expect by Incarceration
We want them drug free

We want them to be kind and loving
We want them to quit being the bad guy
We want them to quit exploiting us
