Employer Responsibilities for Driver License Status

Motor Coach Safety Rating
• Requires FMCSA to rate motor coach service provider every 3 years.

Intent to still audit every 3 years.
Foreign Driver Disqualification
• Grant USDOT authority to revoke a foreign driver’s license (383.51)
