
6.5% of Premium billed in January
 NO added fees
– Claims Management Cost (TPA)
– On Line Claims and document access 24/7

PREMIUM REFUNDING
POLICY IN POSITIVE YEARS

Service Fee of 6.5 % refunded annually
 First Performance Refund at 46 months
 50% of performance refund retained as
member equity until sufficient reserves are
achieved
 Must Contribute to receive
 Performance based refund
 No penalty for poor performance
