CSOs meaningful participation will be key

In 2015, CSOs in
109 countries were
under serious
attack (up from 96
in 2014). Civicus Report
Worldwide NGOs
are criminalized for
demanding rights.
Some governments
& international
cooperation
agencies pretend it
doesn’t happen.
