Identifies talent pools using a direct sourcing approach, as
opposed to using agencies and search firms
The use of social networking groups e.g linked In.
Targeting Universities for graduates & MBAs, both UK and
International
For selected skills we may targeting specific countries e.g Eastern
Europe, India & China for Analytic capabilities.
