The partnership provides a flexible and innovate solutions, drawing on SA Commercial’s entrepreneurial culture and Aegis’s commitment to growth and expansion . in partnership since 2012 Invincible Outsourcing is a state of the art Contact Centre Outsource Facility founded by Dr Taddy Blecher, with an astounding concept combining its outsource facility with a unique educational institution. Impact Sourcing Academy (ISA) – a partnership between Maharishi Institute, the Rockefeller Foundation and Aegis Outsourcing SA – started operating two years ago and was formally launched April 2013. It creates work ready skills for available jobs with clients in the BPO sector, providing unemployed youth with guaranteed jobs upon course completion. This partnership started in 2012, with the key role being to assist in developing skilled young people as well as providing a platform to gain experience and job opportunities.
