1. How to Calculate a Vehicle Fuel Economy by a car company?
- If a car company is making a new car at the factory, it usually calculates the car’s fuel efficiency on
the conditions; it adjusts tire pressure to 30psi, makes one driver on board, fills the tank with 30
liter’s fuel, does not load anything on the vehicle, equips the vehicle with new engine oil and a new
battery, does not turn on the air conditioning, and make the driver run the car at a constant speed
(60 ~ 80km). Thus the figure from their numerical calculation is just an estimated figure.
Example) a vehicle of Standard Fuel Economy of 12km in Vehicle Inspection Certificate In reality,
however, the users of the vehicle in general have their fuel filled up, have their tire pressure
of 25 ~ 28psi, have their tires replaced with wide tires, put extra cargo in a vehicle, don’t
always use new engine oil and battery, have extra persons in their car, have the air
conditioning turned on, and spend their fuel in traffic jam. For these reasons, the energy
efficiency level is often decreased by more than 15%, compared with written energy
efficiency in the Automobile Inspection Certificate. At the time just after a lapse of a year
from a release, the vehicle’s efficiency gets seriously impaired.
2. How to mounting Power Saver (vehicles driven by only 12V) for cargo vehicles of
less than 2.5ton
General Car Type (NCJ-12V)
- Our product can be mounted, regardless of the engine displacement.
Mid-to-large car type (CJD-12V): our product is suitable for a vehicle with high engine
displacement.
- Our product can be mounted, regardless of the engine displacement. Our new product has
improved its efficiency 600% times as high as the 2012 model. Thus, you can see the effect
right away.
. Notes before mounting
① while running a vehicle on an accustomed road, the user checks a standard MPG meter and records
the vehicle’s Fuel Economy.
② just plug the product’s cigarette lighter receptacle into the cigarette jack and the mounting is
complete.
③ after Placing the ignition key of the vehicle to the first stage (ACC), check the scale of the Power Saver
LED lamp at an audio operation mode of the power.
- The scale consists of a red bar, a yellow bar, and eight green bars.
A) If the product’s two bars of red and yellow are raised, the battery shall be replaced because the
battery has longer renewable period (battery time) and a low savings rate of fuel. If three or four
bars are raised, the product can be used.
B) When the ignition key is in the second stage, the vehicle can be started. At the moment, if all the
ten bars shall be lighted, Power Saver can be activated. If only three bars are raised, the user has to
check the status of the generator because the vehicle generator cannot generate a normal voltage.
④ For the vehicle of five bars at the first fitting, the user can increase the number of bars into 3 to 6 if the
user repeats the above test in ③ after driving for 2 to 3 days (24 hours). This means the improved state
of the battery in the performance and refers to a state in which the fuel is saved.
⑤ the less effective a vehicle engine displacement is, the better an efficiency is.
Reason : because a vehicle of less engine displacement largely has a battery capacity of 50AH ~ 60AH,
the battery has faster capability to remove the sulfate attached to the cell plate inside the
battery. For a vehicle of bigger battery, because its battery tends to spend longer time
removing the sulfate, a product of an appropriate scale shall be mounted after selecting the
standard-scale or large-scale product.
⑥ phenomena that happen after mounting the Power Saver
- The engine seems to be quiet.
- A driver feels as if Hulk were pushing the vehicle from behind. The car can go up a hill
more easily with the gas pedal stepped with less power.
- A car has brighter headlights.
- The starter of a vehicle is much softer than usual.
The phenomena occur because the vehicle power is more enhanced.
Once your car is equipped with Power Saver,
A reduction is usually around 10-15% within 1 month,
A reduction is about 15-20%, within two months, and
A reduction is about 10-30% within 6 months depending on the vehicle (shown in the
trim machine)
Note) the amount of a vehicle’s fuel economy saving depends on driving habits, tire pressure,
mounted load, air-conditioning, traffic congestion, rapid start and pullover, and road
conditions. The following vehicles have higher saving.

4 Principle of Fuel Saving
- Simply speaking, when electricity (14~15V) produced in the generator is sent to the battery, the
battery saves it in itself while supplying rated voltage (12V~13.7V) for all electronic sensors and
computer control system in a vehicle. This way the vehicle can maintain its output 100%. If the
battery is worn out and only reserves only the storage of 11V electricity, the performance of the
vehicle is less than 80% and thus waste fuel more than necessary.
A general method of measuring the battery is
1) Check visually
If a user see a white sulfate in the plus and minus terminal of a battery, his battery typically is
exchanged with a new one. (the battery is at an aging state)
2) Identify a red and a blue LED lamp
3) Check with a DC check device
In a closed box, there are six battery electrode cell plates. If the sulfuric acid is poured into a
container, it will turn into electric energy through a chemical reaction in the electrode cell plate.
An aging batter has reduced efficiency because the battery cannot save as much electricity as the
stacked area covered with accumulated sulfate while sulfate is accumulated in the electrode cell
plate in the process.
Power Saver generates electromagnetic wave with corona pulse wave in the battery, gives a
stimulus to the electrode cell plate, and thus plays a role to remove sulfate and to return and
dissolve it into dilute sulfuric acid. This action enables the cell plate of the battery to be like a
new one by recovering the cell plate of the battery.
When the battery is cleaned, a normal voltage will be restored and the vehicle will have better
performance through restoration and regeneration process.
As you have experiences of replacing engine oil, the replacement of a battery will ensure the
vehicle’s better performance, a principle of our product.
5. the vehicles that has been domestically produced since 2008 has a trip computer
installed in itself in order to automatically calculate the MPG based on the amount of
fuel, speed, environment, etc. they have an MPG meter displaying how many
kilometers a vehicle can travel with a liter, thus making a user easily understand how
efficient his car is. If Power Saver is mounted, the user will see the fuel economy and
other changes before and after the installation.
6. Determining the measurement for a vehicle that does not have a standard MPG meter.
Before mounting
Record the amount of fueling when fuelling. .
set the trip meter to 000
After driving more than 300km, divide the mileage by the amount of fueling at the time of fuelling
and then get a calculated Fuel Economy.
After checked at least three times in such a way, Average Fuel Economy of the my car will be
calculated.
However, when high-speed driving is combined with city driving, there will be a calculated difference.
Both the city driving and the high-speed driving should not be calculated in a pool.
After mounting
If the vehicle is checked in the above-mentioned method more than three times after mounting, you will
experience a reduction of 10 to 30% or even more.
7. The car that have had poor performance before mounting,
- The engine is quieter and the engine power is increased. This means that your vehicle has better
combustion rate because your vehicle has better performance with the same fuel to the one that was
needed before installation.
- How to reduce the vehicle's fuel
1) The fuelling always satisfies only 50% of its fuel tank.
2) Replace engine oil
3) Replace an old battery with a new battery.
4) Adjust its tire pressure to 30psi
5) Remove extra load in a car.
6) Do not turn on the air conditioning. If you turn it on, fix a room temperature to 24 degrees
07) Do not have a quick start.
08) Do not have a sudden start and a sudden braking during congestion.
When you practice the above as described, you can have saving of 10% or more.
8. Although diesel vehicles may have lower fuel saving compared with gasoline vehicles or
LPG vehicle at an early stage, using more than one month can save your diesel vehicle a
saving of up to 15% to 20%.
Reason: Since the diesel vehicle uses Electronically Injection system of a method of Common rail direct
injection (CRDi), and since it is operated by timing of the entire electronic sensors in the vehicle, the
saving rate will be reduced before a supply of rated voltage is made.
9. An operating method of LPG-Driven or Gas-Driven vehicles?
- LPG-driven or gas-driven vehicles make an ignition at the plug in the combustion chamber by boosting
battery voltage into a 2,000-time-high one. At the moment, in that battery voltage is 11V, the ignition will
be made at 22,000V. This means a 100% explosion is not made but only 75% is made. Due to this reason,
such a car wastes fuel that is more than necessary and thus has poor performance. But if a vehicle is
supplied with voltage of 12.5V, the battery voltage will be boosted into voltage of 25,000V and fully
ignited. This will cause a vehicle to have better performance at the same amount of fuel that another
vehicle with poor battery, thus increasing fuel saving as a result.
You can see more fuel saving than expected if you understand the above things and
practice them into your driving.
