designed and made for professional use.

Perfect cut ends are ready to weld or join
When welding pipes it is most important to
have straight and clean cut ends. With Exact
pipe cutting system the pipe ends fulfil these
needs. Pipes are immediately ready to be
welded or joined together by other means.
Exact saws are incredibly fast. It takes less
than 20 seconds to cut Ø170 mm with 5 mm
wall. Exact method is also fire safe, energy
saving and safe for the user and the working
environment. Each model has a huge cutting
range and one person can easily handle
also large pipes by themself.

The Exact pipe cutting system is designed and made for
professional use. All pipe cutters are lightweight and
easy to carry and operate one-site. The carton contains
a shoulder bag, pipe saw, pipe supports (not with
V1000), a saw blade in the machine, allen keys for
changing the blade and for adjusting the saw, operating
instructions, and the DVD disc with demonstrations and
instructions.

The largest universal pipe saw in the Exact range.
It has two speed selection, soft start, automatic fuse and
torque control. It is suitable even for the hardest cast-iron
pipes. It is also suitable for cutting plastic pipes because it can
be attached to a vacuum cleaner and it can cut very thick pipe
walls. Because of its robust design and construction plus large

Bevel Disc
Adjustable bevel tool for plastic pipes can make 15 degree
bevel to all plastic pipes from Ø 60 mm to Ø 120 mm. The
Bevel Disc is operated with any cordless drill that has 13 mm
drill chuck. It takes only a few seconds to make a nice bevel to
plastic pipe.
Pipe Support V1000
We recommend that you use the Exact Pipe Support V1000 to
support the pipes when using the Exact PipeCut V1000 pipe
saw. These pipe holders are specially designed to be used with
the Exact PipeCut V1000 pipe saw. They can be used with
pipes from 75 mm (3”) up to 1000 mm (40”). The pipe
supports are sold separately. Each set of Pipe Support V1000
contain 3 pcs of two position supports in a shoulder bag.
