The computer center includes:
 Basic Programming lab
 Application programming lab
 System programming lab
It is equipped with 125 clients (Dual Core and Core
2 Duo) and 3 high-end servers. The department
caters to the core courses in Computer practical
for both Computer Science students and other
branches of the college.
An all time Internet facility is provided to all the
students and staff.
A Domain lab with 21 high end systems is
established for the PG program in Software
Engineering. This lab is also used for research
projects in the area of Software engineering, Data
mining, Image Processing etc.
A Cross domain laboratory “Virtual reality and
Real time computing” is established for handling
projects from various disciplines.
“Driving simulator” is the ongoing project in
this lab. It involves technical know how from
CSE, IT, Mechanical and Electrical departments.
This lab is well equipped to support in-house
projects.
E-class room sessions through LCD projectors.

The department is handling the following consultancy
projects:
1. X_Design sponsored Driving Simulators project for
AUTOSIM, NORWAY
Two systems are being built, one to accommodate a full
fledged simulator with real automobile interface and
another with car steering, gear, break, accelerator, clutch
mechanism simulator.
2. ONLINE examination system for Constables training
for AP Police Academy.
