Physical Appearance
There can be several things for describing what a
Triceratops looks like. The Triceratops was 30 ft. long and was
10 ft. tall. Since the height of the Triceratops is 10 ft. tall and I
am 4 ft. 8 inches, the Triceratops is 5 ft. 4 inches taller than
me. The Triceratops has a strange like body. It had 4 sturdy
legs, a bulky body, and a very frill rimmed boney neck with the
weight of 6-12 tons. Comparing the Triceratops to a human, the
human must look way smaller to the Triceratops. The
Triceratops is close to weighing as much as a Semi Truck. The
Triceratops had a head with a bit of protection. The head was 45 ft. wide, had sharp horns, and a cool looking head plate. The
Triceratops’s head was very large and surprising. The head itself
was way larger than me! Clearly the Triceratops body was huge,
protective and unique.

Hunting an Eating Habits
There can be several things for how or what the
Triceratops eats and how it eats. The Triceratops is a herbivore
or also called a plant eater. This herbivore eats plants, bushes,
and tree leaves. The word plant eater for a human is called a
vegetarian. Next, the Triceratops has cheek teeth for extra
chewing. Cheek teeth help the Triceratops shred and grind
cycads, ferns, And other low-lying vegetation. The Triceratops
always has a big apatite. That is why the Triceratops had very
powerful jaws. That helps it eat more food. Humans have jaws
similar to the Triceratops. The Triceratops jaws were very
strong and work well. In conclusion, the Triceratops ate its food
in a very strange way and eats lots of food.

Other Interesting Facts
There are a lot of other facts about the
Triceratops. Many Triceratops fossils have been
found in Canada or western United States. This
means that most Triceratops fossils are found in
North America. Next Triceratops lived among the
Cretacous period, before the Mesozoic era. The
Cretacous period was about 72-65 million years ago!
Finally the Triceratops was a ceratopsian, its
intelligence was intermediate among the dinosaurs.
The Triceratops was not really wild but was not as
bright as some dinosaurs. The Triceratops has a lot
of other interesting facts and some information.
