Objective: to find out where plants
store their starch.
Quick Review
• The process of photosynthesis occurs in
the leaves of plants.
• In the presence of sunlight plants can take
water and carbon dioxide and turn it into
glucose.
• If the plant has no use for the glucose it
will be turned into starch which is stored in
the leaves of the plant.
