I. Coniferous Forests
A. Climate/defintion
1. Coniferous means cone-bearing do

burrow during the winter

b. Larger herbivores like moose,
elk, beaver, and snowshoe hare
c. Predators like grizzly, wolves,
and lynx
d. Many are migratory
