• All information sent via standard web protocols
• Requirements:
– Latest version of Internet Explorer
– Access to the internet
• Specifically the Lab Tracker Web launch

What Can You do Now to Prepare for Web?
• Get ready for data cleaning and mapping
– Do an internal quality review of your data
– Ensure that every person receiving care in your clinic has

a record created and the correct diagnosis assigned
Generate your HDS report for 2008
• Compile a preliminary list of all staff that will be
logging in to the web version

• Designate a primary administrator
– Good working knowledge of the database
– Will have full access to your database
– Ensure that digital certificates are active
