Eating sweets leads to tooth decay.

Attack your teeth for at least 20
minutes after eating.
 The more you eat sugary foods, the
more often your teeth are attacked
by acid.

Critical Factor
It is not how much sweet food you
eat
 But how often you eat it and how
sticky the food is.

Most sugar you eat is in the food
because of the manufacturer.
 Try to avoid processed food that
contains sugar.

eat them only with meals

you are done.
