This workshop explores how we find ourselves living full of guilt. Guilt, an emotional warning sign, lets us
know when we've done something wrong to help us develop a better sense of how our behaviour affects
ourselves and others. How can we combat our guilty feelings, and accept them when they are important, but
let them do more easily when they're not?

Expressive art therapy is the use of creative arts as a form of therapy and is a fantastic field that has proven to
work wonders in many people’s lives. It can help someone express themselves, explore their emotions, manage
addictions, and improve their self-esteem.
