About project
Limited Liability Company “MMCT “Galitsyno” was established in 2007. The
company owns incomplete construction projects and other assets of “MMCT
“Galitsyno”, and also accomplishes functions of a customer in project development,
fulfills licensing procedures and implementation of the project “MMCT “Galitsyno”.
In future LLC “MMCT “Galitsyno” will accomplish functions of a port and cargocarrying operator.
Two Ukrainian companies own 50% each of equity rights of LLC “MMCT “Galitsyno”.

Memorandum ratification between Investor and Owner of LLC

Purchase of not less than 76 % of equity rights and effective assets
of LLC “MMCT “Galitsyno” by the Investor on contractual terms of
the contract of purchase and sale.
Establishment of An Asset Management Company (out of the
territory of Ukraine), where Investor will own 76% of equity rights.
