the first time on February 27,1827. Its
architects were Alejandro Bustillo and
Angel Guido.
• One of our most famous food in the north of
Argentina are empanadas, turnover pastries
filled with knife-diced meat and cooked in
the oven or on a frying-pan.
• Magellanic Penguins are medium-sized
penguins which grow to be 61–76 cm (24–
30 in) tall and weigh between 2.7 kg and
6.5 kg (5.9-14.3 lbs). They live in the coasts of
Argentina and Chile.
• The Mountain’s range that crosses the
country from north to south is the Andes.
• Argentinian Independence was declared on
9th July 1816, in San Miguel de Tucuman.
