We will provide the best possible
Catholic based football experience for
our children and prepare them for
academic and athletic success in our
secondary schools

 Our hand-picked coaches will provide a
safe, very enjoyable football experience
through high energy, training, and a constant
reminder football is a game.

 Safety is our #1 objective. This is achieved
through teaching, training, proper
fundamentals, great coaches and

Relationships
 Our football product comes from forging
relationships with players, parents, and the
community. This is achieved through
transparency, elite coaching and strong Board
leadership.

Fundamentals
 Football is blocking, tackling, and terminology.
This is achieved through a league-wide set of
standards adopted from the West Catholic and
Catholic Central Football Programs.

Community Collaboration
 Collaborative effort with Partner Schools,
Secondary Schools and area communities.

Playing time
 GRACEAC is 8 plays
 NRFL is each player must start on either
Offense, Defense or Special Teams

Ties
 A Tie is a Tie in NRFL

Quarter Length
 GRACEAC is 8 minutes vs. NRFL of 10
minutes

 In GRACEAC, there are seven 7th and 8th
Grade teams. All but 2(IHM and St. Anthony)
had to merge

 We are ONE Catholic Community. Not the
Sacred Heart Catholics or the IHM
Catholics, just Catholics
 With our Catholic foundations we open our
league to ALL in hopes to spread how great
our Catholic community is.

Player Protections Rules
 Only Coaches kids, their assistants, and
siblings with be protected with a NRFL max
of 5 players
 The WYFL determines who the 5 are.
 IT is 100% possible for best friends from the
same school to be on 2 different teams. One
Catholic Community.
