Our football product comes from forging
relationships with players, parents, and the
community. This is achieved through
transparency, elite coaching and strong Board
leadership.
Fundamentals
Football is blocking, tackling, and terminology.
This is achieved through a league-wide set of
standards adopted from the West Catholic and
Catholic Central Football Programs.

Sacred Heart Catholics or the IHM

league to ALL in hopes to spread how great
our Catholic community is.

Player Protections Rules
Only Coaches kids, their assistants, and
siblings with be protected with a NRFL max
of 5 players
The WYFL determines who the 5 are.
IT is 100% possible for best friends from the
same school to be on 2 different teams. One
Catholic Community.
