Introduction to Elite Telecom Public Co., Ltd.
ETP is successfully established on March, 2013 under the rules and regulations
of Myanmar Company Act. Our registered office is located at No. (A-9/10),
ShweKabar Housing, Mindama Road Mayangone Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
Our Certificate of Incorporation No. is 5369/2012-2013 started from the date
of 15th March 2013. Then the Certificate of Commencement of Business is
No. 33/2013-2014 and it is entitled to commence business on the date of
4th June 2013.
ETP has granted the Network Facilities Service (Individual) License by the
Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. We have the to provide
the following services;

Under this license, we can develop a wide range of IT & Telecommunication
Services except for Mobile Radio Network.

General Description of Core Network Implementation & FTTH Expansion
We will carry out the “Core Network Implementation & FTTH Expansion Project”. To
implement this project, we will launch the following tenders.






Lot No 1 Supply and Installation of Server Farm (Radius, DNS, email, Call Center)
Lot No 2 Supply and Installation of ISP Core Network with NOC
Lot No 3 Supply and Installation of OLT&ONT
Lot No 4 Supply of ODN Equipment and Material
Lot No 5 Supply and Installation of OSS, BSS&ACS
Lot No 6 Supply and Installation of Data Center Infrastructure
Proposed Services for this project will be as follows;
 FTTH Service
 Domestic Leased Line Service
 International Leased Line
 B2B Internet
 IP Transit Service

Before implementing this project, there are two main process as follows;
 Step-1 Expression of Interest
 Step-2 Bidding Process
In Step-1, now we are offering Expression of Interest to the public. Then we will select
the short-listed companies. After that, we will grant only the short-listed companies to
participate in the Bidding Process (Tender).
In Step-2, we will launch the Bidding Process. EoI Short-Listed companies will
participate the Bidding. Then we will select the Winners of the Bids.
Possible Questions
In EoI Process, we will not consider the experience and turnover from the partner of
EoI Applicants. But EoI Applicant can use the turnover and experience of it’s mother
company or it’s subsidiary companies.
In Bidding Process, Co-Bidders shall be considered under the Bidder.

 Lot No 1 Supply and Installation of Server Farm (Radius, DNS, email, Call
Center)
We will implement the Radius Server, DNS Server, email Server, Call Center.
 Lot No 2 Supply and Installation of ISP Core Network with NOC
We will implement ASBR/P Router, PE Router, Metro Network, Data Center Network
(Cloud System) and Network Operation Center.
 Lot No 3 Supply and Installation of OLT&ONT
We will implement new OLTs. Supplier shall provide OLT, ONT and accessories and
also provide the installation service.
 Lot No 4 Supply of ODN Equipment and Material
Supplier shall provide the Optical Fiber Cables and Accessories.
 Lot No 5 Supply and Installation of OSS, BSS & ACS
We will implement Operation Support System and Business Support Systems for the
whole project. We will also implement Automatics Configuration Server for FTTH
Customers.
