Drivve | Image Single Sign-On (SSO)
Drivve | Image now provides native support for device
and application level authentication.
When authenticating with Drivve | Print, Drivve | Image
users need only authenticate once.
With other external authority applications such as
Sepialine®, Equitrac®, or PaperCutTM users need only
enter their passwords again when connecting with 3rd
party applications that require full user credentials, such
as Microsoft Exchange®, Lotus Notes and Microsoft
SharePoint®

Scanner Power Tools (SPT)
A programmable set of tools for automating distributed capture with personalized profiles. Includes: image
correction and enhancement, Bates Stamping, automatic document separation using barcodes, blank-page
deletion/separation, file format conversion, browse network folders for scanning/printing, automate indexing
and intelligent filename generation, and more.
Database Connector (for SPT)
Exchange information with an existing database using SQL. Brings LDAP and ODBC connectivity. Full email
integration.
Barcode Module (for SPT)
Accelerate and streamline document workflow. Reads more than 20 industry-standard 1D & 2D bar codes in
any orientation.
OCR Module (for SPT)
Create readable and searchable Adobe® PDF documents encrypted to ensure confidentiality. Auto-rotate
imperfectly scanned documents. Use Drivve | Image Zonal OCR to process information within a defined
section of a scanned document.
Exchange | Fax Connector
Provides deep integration with Microsoft® Exchange and selected fax server software.
Lotus Notes | Domino Connector
Provides deep integration with IBM® Collaboration Software, Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino
MS® SharePoint Connector
Offers complete integration with your existing SharePoint Services system.

Organization & Workflow
• Allow users to enter mandatory index fields at the MFP when
scanning to ensure documents can be named consistently
• Look-up back-end systems (e.g. accounting systems or
CRM) prompt users to select existing account names,
helping to avoid manual data entry
• Use index values to automatically create new folders on the
file server if not already existing
• Use barcodes to standardize workflows and help with bulk
scanning requirements
• Use the‘print back’ feature to browse network folders and
print documents from the file server and document
management systems
