• The location of the control panel is critical for
the installation’s success.
˗ The location in basement or concrete room is not
recommended!
˗ RF RSSI level (noises) should be as low as possible.

panel close to Electromagnetic sources
(computers, fax machine,
Electrical cabinet, Routers
and etc).

• In case of electric power outage for few days,
back up battery becomes totally empty.
• Rarely, the battery becomes totally empty.
• In order to wake the battery up, it’s required
to insert and remove the battery connector a
few times (10-15 times) to the main board.

• Fuse for AC power and fuse for battery can be
damaged because of lightning.
• Those fuses can be easily replaced.

• Wireless devices Batteries
Due to the occurrence of voltage delay in
lithium batteries that have been in storage,
the batteries may initially appear to be dead.
In this case, leave the unit in Test mode for a
few minutes OR press on the tamper switch a
number of times until the battery voltage level
is stabilized.

• Battery - Date of production is something that
installer must pay attention to.
• Battery with a date of production which is
more than 2 years isn’t recommended for
installation.

• The Signal strength level of the wireless
device, must be with level 5 and above.
• When installing the detector
on the wall, make sure that
the screw isn’t sticking out.

• If there is a suspicion of transmissions’ loss
from the device OR supervision loss event
occurs in panel, radio test needs be
performed.
• Every 8 seconds, signal will send to panel.
Each signal will be heard by number of tones

Why can’t the Wireless device be registered in
the control panel?
1. The device had already been registered.
2. The zone is defined as ‘Use Repeater’.
3. The battery is empty.
4. The battery is inverted.
5. The back tamper of the device is opened.
6. Noisy area (RF RSSI Level=9).
7. The RF frequency is different (868/433MHz).

• For night arming make sure that the user will keep a
distance from the detector’s coverage:
