Open Computer Management, Select
Services and select Wireless Zero
Configuration. Check that the
service has started
Create Ad-Hoc Network
Open Control Panel and select Network Settings
Select Wireless connection Properties
Select : Use windows to configure
my wireless Network
Create Ad-Hoc Network 2
Add a New network and call CF-08
Check ad-hoc network
Set Up IP Address
192.168.0.1
CF-08 Ad-Hoc

Add 2nd User
Step 1 : Give It a name
Step 2: Select the
permissions
Step 3: Create The
Account
Add 2nd User
Account is Now
Created
NB
You MUST Set the
Password else
Remote Desktop will

Configure Remote Desktop
In System Properties
Select Remote Tab
then Remote Desktop
and Check Allow
users to connect
You Must now Add
this User to the
permitted user List

Ethernet adapters can be configured here

Double-click on adapter
Select Specify IP Address
Change to 192.168.0.2
Configure WLAN
Open Control Panel
and Click Wireless
LAN
Configure WLAN
To configure:
Click [Add new …]
or
Double click an existing
network in the scan section
The WLAN connection manager
looks similar to Windows XP
Zero Config. And it’s just as easy to use.

Check Ad-hoc Network
Change SSID to =CF-08
Authentication to = Open
Encryption to = Disabled
Configure WLAN – Ad-Hoc
Note: click this box for Ad-Hoc
Ad-Hoc is generally used for
connecting a single CF-08 to
a single host PC

After a connection has been
established with a WLAN
network, the icon will change
