Novel Approaches To Identify Innovative Solutions
For ESC Technical Problems
Technology Open House
• Objective: To illustrate netcentric ops through
application of technologies against an operational
scenario; “The Art of the Possible and the Now”
• How: Presentation of compelling demonstrations &
virtualizations developed through collaboration between
warfighters, technologists & acquirers
• Process:
– Users create a vignette illustrating netcentric TTPs & CONOPs
(“requirements”)
– Technologies are found via SBIRs, DARPA, CRADAs, A/JCTDs,
PoRs, experiments, etc.
– Technologies are horizontally integrated with user as part of the
build
– Standards, products, architectures, process models, etc become
GFP/GFI to PoRs or warfighter units
