New Technology
D-Link’s PoE Solution
802.3af standard defines the the specifications to deliver power over
standard Ethernet cables. Power over Ethernet is already widely
adopted in the market, particularly in the VoIP, WLAN, and IP
Surveillance market where it saves up to 50% of the overall installation
costs by eliminating the need to install separate electrical wiring and
power outlets.

Multiple SSID
• The multiple SSID feature can be activated with
VLANs. Network admin can configure multiple
SSIDs to create different levels of network
access and to access virtual LANs (VLANs).
• The multiple SSID also can be activated without
VLANs. In this case, the AP can serve different
groups of users in different WLAN/security
setting.
• Suitable for network classification and
segmentation usage.
