National PGR Inventories
• Develop and maintain an European PGR Search Catalogue with
passport data on ex situ collections maintained in Europe by:
having the possibility to frequently update the Catalogue from
the National PGR Inventories
providing easy access to information on PGR maintained ex
situ in Europe, thus facilitate locating and accessing it.
• Assisting countries in meeting national obligations and
commitments to:
the ITPGRFA (namely Art. 5, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17)

Objective
•To produce a web-based CWR and LR
Trait Information Portal – TIP (Task 2.1)
(a) provide useful trait information (phenomics, genomics and transcriptomics data) on
European CWR and LR diversity, particularly for the case study genera, Avena,
Beta, Brassica and Medicago;
(b) provide baseline biodiversity information on CWR and LR diversity and its
conservation;
(c) (c) establish links with related existing information systems regarding genomic
characterization and ensure integration with other relevant plant genetic resources
for food and…….
