

The NIOC is working via conference calls with ENS vendors, ENS Service Providers, and ENS users to
find equipment, educational and process solutions. Working to develop a testing and advance
notification procedure. The next conference call is scheduled for Sept 10, 2008.
The questions have been, glossary developed, cover letter drafted. The issue should go to initial closure
