MST2 Transcoder
• 1U server with Sansay DSP card
• Licensed on a network wide basis
• Transcoding session count is tracked along
with but separate from NLZ
• Provides added value for applications:
– Long tail echo cancellation up to 728 msec
– DTMF translations
– T.38 translations

• Stateless server, routes held in RAM for
extremely fast processing
• Queried via SIP protocol
• Route uploads do not affect system CPS
• Server updated / managed via GUI and SOAP
• VSXi can recurse with TID mode
– Provides compatibility with variety of policy
servers (Nuestar Pathfinder, ATT, etc)
