FREEDOM
 Like incoming waves, many choices, you select
the one you want to ride!
 Ability to do as you choose!
 Choose your battles & your friends!
 Your responsibility!
 Focus on “self”
Listen!
- be an active listener
- don’t trust all words, trust actions!
- If a person speaks bad of others,
perhaps he speaks bad of you!?
YAHOO!
•
•
•
•
Communication tool
Information & people only a click away!
Many social networking options!
Varied “apps” to assist doctors & patients with
record keeping!
Independence!
Just like “freedom” and doing things at your own pace!
Enjoy life; it’s all about the journey, not the destination!
Walk, don’t run; use all your senses!
Tough times don’t last, tough people do!
Goal Setting!
A goal without a plan is just a wish!
If you want a happy life, tie it to a goal, not things or people!
Smile; Don’t Worry, Be Happy!
Make your smile change the world, don’t let the world
change your smile!
It shows your optimism & confidence!
Openness; is a part of sharing!
Be proud of what you do, say and think!
Speak your mind, unless it is hurtful.
Good friends share the truth to each other.
Open doors provide opportunity & remove old walls.
Ask questions & search for answers!
Laughter and Humour!
An expression of happiness!
The best medicine available!
If laughing for no reason; take your meds!
OFTEN; do it again repeatedly!
We learn through repetition!
“Don’t give up, endurance wins the race!”
We get better with practice.
Exercise, regularly; “use it or loose it!”
Repeat the positive & forget the negative!
