Dual Enrolled Students
A student who is dually enrolled in high school and a technical
college must provide valid documentation, from within the last
3 years. A high school IEP is not sufficient to receive
services/accommodations at the technical college.
The Disability Services coordinator at the college will work with
the student, high school staff and instructor to ensure reasonable
accommodations are made. This is most effective when done
prior to the student enrolling in the class. However,
accommodations will be made based on the college guidelines,
which include maintaining the integrity and standards of the
course/program.
