Transportation
Moving samples, specimens, patients for testing or
treatment, equipment, etc.
Inventory
Pharmacy stock, supplies, samples, paperwork in
process
Motion
Searching for patients, medications, charts, etc.
Excess Processing
Multiple bed moves, testing, excessive paperwork
